1) in Article 1:

a) to add part 2 after the words "arising in case of accomplishment" with words "legal entities and individual entrepreneurs";

b) in part 3:

in Item 8 of the word "accomplishment of the state accounting transactions and" to exclude;

in Item 13 the word of "bank" to exclude;
