Article 1

Bring in article 12.1 of the Federal Law of May 27, 2003 No. 58-FZ "About system of public service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 22, Art. 2063; 2022, No. 50, Art. 8766; Russian newspaper, 2023, on December 29) following changes:

5.2. The terminal contract which current of effective period was suspended according to Item 5.1 of this Article renews for the period equal to remaining balance of effective period of this contract estimated on the date of its suspension, but not from above than before achievement of stay by the age government employee of limit in public service if the state and office relations are not prolonged according to the procedure, the provided Federal Law on type of public service, and (or) other is not established by the Federal Law on type of public service.

Renewal of effective period of the terminal contract is performed by means of the conclusion of the supplementary agreement to it.";
