Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of the conclusion of special investment contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708 "About special investment contracts for separate industries" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, Art. 4587; 2017, No. 52, Art. 8142; 2022, No. 13, Art. 2098; 2023, No. 21, Art. 3709).

Changes which are made to Rules of the conclusion of special investment contracts

1. Add Item 46 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of introduction of amendments to the signed special investment contract without application of requirements of the subitem "v" of Item 33 of these rules the draft agreement on change of the signed special investment contract joins the obligation of the investor and (or) industrial enterprise about refusal of receipt of the measures of stimulation provided by the signed special investment contract.".

2. Add Item 48 with the paragraph of the following content:

"According to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation the subitem "v" of Item 33 of these rules in case of change of conditions of the special investment contracts signed till March 1, 2022 is not applied.".

3. Add Item 49 with the paragraph of the following content:

"According to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation the subitem "v" of Item 33 of these rules in case of change of conditions of the special investment contracts signed till March 1, 2022 is not applied.".
