About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2020 No. 143
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2020 No. 143 "About the State program "Management of public finances and regulation of the financial market" for 2020 and for the period till 2025" the following changes:
in subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the word "The central commission of the Republic of Belarus on elections and holding republican referenda" shall be replaced with words Central Election Commission;
in the State program "Management of public finances and regulation of the financial market" for 2020 and for the period till 2025, approved by this resolution:
in paragraph nine of Chapter 2 of the word "Central Commission of the Republic of Belarus on Elections and Holding Republican Referenda" shall be replaced with words Central Election Commission;
the fifth Chapter 10 to exclude part;
state Chapter 12 in the following edition:
"CHAPTER 12. FINANCIAL PROVISION OF THE STATE PROGRAM
The total amount of financing of the State program constitutes 91 235 168 774 rubles (without the grants transferred from the republican budget to local budgets and interbudget transfer from the budget of Minsk in the republican budget), including at the expense of means of the republican budget – 38 939 321 295 rubles (expenses) and 45 073 416 213 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget), means of local budgets – 2 570 339 714 rubles (expenses) and 4 652 091 552 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget), from them:

2022: means of the republican budget – 6 317 153 949 rubles (expenses) and 6 936 250 744 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget), local budgets – 401 812 994 rubles (expenses) and 581 054 241 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget);
2023: means of the republican budget – 6 061 011 184 rubles (expenses) and 9 745 285 760 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget), local budgets – 500 566 992 rubles (expenses) and 936 534 901 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget);
2024: means of the republican budget – 8 276 549 515 rubles (expenses) and 7 265 436 471 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget), local budgets – 544 929 310 rubles (expenses) and 697 927 733 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget;
2025: means of the republican budget – 8 435 587 157 rubles (expenses) and 10 233 481 786 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget), local budgets – 444 451 600 rubles (expenses) and 434 315 220 rubles (deficit financing sources (the direction of use of surplus) of the budget.
Assignment for implementation of the subprogramme 4 "Effective functioning of the security market", subprogrammes 5 "Development of insurance activity" and subprogrammes 6 "Regulation of financial accounting, the reporting and audit in the corporate sector" is not provided.
Financial provision of the State program is given in appendix 3.
The amounts of financing provided on accomplishment of the State program are subject to refining in case of change of the macroeconomic indicators applied in calculations.";
