About introduction of amendments to the Law on health protection No. 411/1995
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, of the Art. 373), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. The second offer of part (Article 14 to exclude 5).

"Article 21. Types of medical care
Medical care is subdivided into the following types: emergency medical service at pre-hospital stage; primary medical care; specialized out-patient medical care, including dental; stationary medical care; highly skilled medical services; medical care at home; palliative care.".

6. Add Article 36-5 with part (15) the following content:
"(15) Provisions of this Article are applicable only in relation to suppliers who were registered and covered by system of compulsory medical insurance till March 1, 2024.".

"(1) TB patients are subject to dispensary observation and treatment, are free of charge provided with antitubercular medicines and are free of charge treated in hospitals, sanatoria, the public centers and organizations of primary medical care and specialized out-patient medical care.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
