About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 3 of the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, No. 72-73, of the Art. 485), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
in part (shall be replaced with words 6-3) words "till December 31, 2023." "till December 31, 2025.";
in part (shall be replaced with words 6-5) words "till January 1, 2024." "till December 31, 2024.";
Art. II. - In part (6) article 30 of the Law on alternative services in care of children No. 367/2022 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 45-48, the Art. 85) words "till January 1, 2024. Since January 1, 2024" shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2024. Since January 1, 2025".
Art. III. - (1) This law becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
