1. Bring in the Instruction about order of registration of notary offices and notarial bureaus and maintaining the register of notary offices and notarial bureaus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2013 No. 203, the following changes:
in Item 2:
part the second to add with words ", except for requests for registration of notarial bureau in the case established by part one of Item 2-1 of this Instruction";
third after the word "further" to add part with words ", unless otherwise specified,";
add the Instruction with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. In case of investment of the notary performing notarial activities in notarial bureau with powers on implementation of notarial activities in other notarial district the notary addresses to head department of justice in the new place of implementation of notarial activities with the statement for registration of notarial bureau. Documents (their copy) confirming investment of the notary with powers on implementation of notarial activities in other notarial district and also earlier granted registration certificate of notarial bureau are enclosed to such application.
The head department of justice in case of registration of notarial bureau according to part one of this Item sends the notice of registration and the original of earlier granted registration certificate of notarial bureau to the head department of justice which granted it the certificate.";
