About modification of some regulations (the mediation guaranteed by the state)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the legal aid guaranteed by the state, No. 198/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 157-160, 614), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In all text of the law of the word "and Bars" in the corresponding case to exclude.
2. In Article 2:
in the concept "the legal aid guaranteed by the state", words "legal services," shall be replaced with words "legal and mediativny services,";
after the concept "public lawyer" to add with concept of the following content:
"the mediation guaranteed by the state - the free mediativny services provided according to this law and the Law on mediation No. 137/2015 on criminal cases, cases on offenses and civil cases;".
3. Add Article 3 with Item c) of the following content:
"c) the mediation guaranteed by the state.".
4. Add Article 7 with Item i) the following content:
"i) mediation in criminal cases, cases on offenses and civil cases.".
5. Add Article 8 with the Item b-1) of the following content:
"b-1) Council for mediation;".
6. In Article 10:
in Item and) words "such help;" shall be replaced with words "qualified legal aid;";
in Item b) words "such help;" shall be replaced with words "qualified legal aid";
in Item c) words "such help;" shall be replaced with words "qualified legal aid;".
7. Add the law with Article 10-1 of the following content:
"Article 10-1. Functions of Council for mediation in the area
the legal aid guaranteed
state
Council on mediation performs the following functions in the field of the legal aid guaranteed by the state:
a) participates in development of quality criterions of the mediativny services guaranteed by the state;
b) participates in implementation of monitoring of activities of the mediators providing the mediativny services guaranteed by the state;
