About introduction of amendments to the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015

This law shifts part (2) Articles 2 Chapters II of the Directive of Council of the European Communities 92/13/EEC of February 25, 1992 about the coordination of legislative, reglamentarny and administrative provisions concerning application of rules of Community about procedures of deliveries by the companies working in the field of water supply, energy, transport and telecommunication sectors published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 76 of March 23, 1992 with the changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2014/23/EU of February 26, 2014.
Art. I. - In the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 424-429, 666), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. To add formula of harmonization with words ", shifts part (2) Articles 2 Chapters II of the Directive of Council of the European Communities 92/13/EEC of February 25, 1992 about the coordination of legislative, reglamentarny and administrative provisions concerning application of rules of Community about procedures of deliveries by the companies working in the field of water supply, energy, transport and telecommunication sectors published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 76 of March 23, 1992 with the changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2014/23/EU of February 26, 2014.".
2. Part (Article 26 to add 12) with Item d) the following content:
"d) in case of agreements on public procurements of school textbooks - 30 percent.".
3. Part (1) articles 78 after the first offer to add with the following offer: "If the procedure of public procurement contains more than 20 lots, the report on it is published in the Bulletin of public procurements within five working days from the date of the conclusion of the agreement or from the date of decision about cancellation.".
