Based on subitem 5.10 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" and according to the Laws of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 1991 "About payments for the earth" and of December 23, 1991 "About the real estate tax" the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for the organization of work of tax authorities on ensuring accounting of taxpayers on the real estate and the land tax, the correct calculation, complete and timely payment by physical persons of the real estate tax and the land tax.
2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts and separate structural elements of regulatory legal act according to the list according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
