About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About commodity exchange and exchange trade in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About commodity exchange and exchange trade in the Kyrgyz Republic" (the Svobodnye Gory newspaper of August 4, 1992 No. 99) the following changes:

"This Law regulates activities of commodity exchanges and implementation of stock exchange trading.";
Item 7 parts one of Article 4 to declare 2) invalid;
3) in Article 7:

b) add Article with part five of the following content:
"Market auction value is not subject to tariff regulation, at the same time conducting examination of cost by customs authorities is not required.";
Article 13 to add 4) with part five of the following content:
"Members of commodity exchange have the right to open sub-accounts at commodity exchange for cooperation of money on payment of goods through clearing center of commodity exchange.";
The word "Government" shall be replaced with words 5) in Article 22 part one "Cabinet of Ministers".
This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
