Art. II. – In the Law on free enterprise zones No. 440/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 108-109, 834), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (19) Article 6 to recognize invalid.
2. Parts (3), (3-1), (3-3) and (15) Article 7 to recognize invalid.
Art. III. – In the Law on local public finance No. 397/2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 384-395, 612), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 5:
in Item 1) parts (1):
the subsubitem (ii) of the subitem b) to state in the following edition:
"(ii) of assignments from charges for natural resources in the amount of 50 percent of the total amount collected in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit;";
in Item c) "Articles 11 and 12" shall be replaced with words words "Articles 10-12";

the subparagraph one of the subitem and) to declare invalid;
the subitem b) to state in the following edition:
"b) assignments from the income tax from physical persons – 25 percent of the total amount collected in the territory of the cities residences of the area and municipiums residences of the area;";
in the subitem c) "Articles 11 and 12" shall be replaced with words words "Articles 10-12";
in Item 1) parts (4):
the subparagraph one of the subitem and) to declare invalid;
in the subitem c) "Article 12" shall be replaced with words words "Articles 10 and 12";
in Item 1) parts (5):
the subparagraph the fourth the subitem and) to declare invalid;
the subsubitem (ii) of the subitem b) to state in the following edition:
"(ii) of assignment from collection for natural resources in the amount of 50 percent of the total amount collected in the territory of municipium of Belts and municipium of Chisinau (except for administrative and territorial units of the first level as a part of municipium);";
in the subitem c) "Article 12" shall be replaced with words words "Articles 10 and 12".
2. In Article 10:
