In recent years in the country measures for step-by-step reforming of system of rendering the state services, support and protection of entrepreneurs, and also creation of necessary infrastructure in the field of archiving are performed.
At the same time still there is need of acceptance of additional measures for elimination of excessive bureaucratic barriers for activities of state bodies, to implementation of new mechanisms of support of entrepreneurs and protection of their rights, to extension of the list of the rendered state services, and also enhancement of activities of non-state archives.
This Law to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the changes and additions providing cancellation of the requirement about provision of copies of payment documents about payment of the state fee, charges or other payments, for consideration of addresses of citizens and legal entities, state bodies and other organizations or state registration. Also the procedure of inclusion of legal entities in the Register of private employment agencies becomes simpler. In the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About mass media" the changes providing reduction of term of consideration by registering body of the statement for registration of mass media from 15 days to 10 days, and are made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About legal profession" - reduction of term of certification of the lawyer.
