About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further development of use of renewable energy resources

In recent years in our country consecutive reforms on steady providing the population and subjects of entrepreneurship by energy resources, to acceleration of implementation of renewable energy resources and energy-saving technologies are performed.
At the same time there is need of further support of wide use of renewable energy resources, strengthenings of its legal basis.
This Law makes additions and changes to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About use of renewable energy resources", the concerning issues and issuance of certificates of "green energy", the state support of use of renewable energy resources.
The addition determining that the income from sale of certificates of "green energy" is the income which is not considered in case of the taxation by the income tax is made to the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law will serve widespread introduction of renewable energy resources in social and housing-and-municipal spheres and industries of economy, to shortage control of energy in regions of the republic by increase in energy efficiency and to determination of favorable conditions and mechanisms of stimulation for investors.
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 21, 2019 No. ZRU-539 "About use of renewable energy resources" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2019, No. 5, Art. 264; 2020, No. 11, Art. 652; 2021, appendix to No. 4; 2022, No. 6, Art. 570) following amendments and changes:
1) in Article 3:
add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"certificate" of green energy" - the electronic document confirming development of electrical energy with use of renewable energy resources";
