About modification of Inference rules of power generation facilities of repair and from operation

Determine that the requirement, the stipulated in Item 84(1) Inference rules of power generation facilities in repair and from operation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 30, 2021 No. 86 "About approval of Inference rules of power generation facilities in repair and from operation, and also about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of procedure for conclusion of power generation facilities in repair and from operation" (in edition of this resolution), do not extend to development of offers concerning the list of the actions necessary for elimination of the reasons on which conclusion of subject to scheduling from operation is impossible, specifications on which development are approved in the procedure established by the specified Rules and approved by applicants before entry into force of this resolution.
