About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to eight years with confiscation of property.

2) organized group;

3) as a part of criminal society, -

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of eight up to twelve years with confiscation of property.

Note. The cattle in this Article is understood as small cattle, cattle, horses, donkeys and mules, camels, pigs.".
