About introduction of amendments to the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, of the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 1 the second offer to state in the following edition: "To the categories of persons specified in Items 3), 31), 5), 51), 7), 8), 9) and 10) to part (1) Articles 2, monthly public welfare payment irrespective of is established whether they are receivers of pensions or the public social benefits.".

a) with heavy restriction of opportunities - 1600 lei;

b) with the expressed restriction of opportunities - 1450 lei;
