About introduction of amendments to the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 441-447, 715), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (2) to add articles 10 after the paragraph of the sixth with the paragraph of the following content:

"– the allowance for increase in managerial potential of personnel of bodies of local public authority;".

2. In part (2) Article 17:

in Item e) to replace figures "60" with figures "40";

add part with Item g) the following content:

"g) for personnel of the bodies responsible for the state supervision and control in the field of road, rail and water transport, and also in the field of work, health protection and labor safety, – 20 percent of the annual amount of base pays for the personnel having the right to special allowances.".

3. Add the law with Article 20-3 of the following content:

"Article 20-3. The allowance for increase in managerial potential of personnel of local authorities of the public power

For increase in managerial potential of personnel of local authorities of the public power of the first level the allowance in the amount of 50 percent of base pay for positions of primar, the deputy of primar and the secretary of local council according to the staff list approved and registered by the State office is provided.".

4. In part (articles 27 of figure "4000" to replace 2) in both cases with figures "5000".

5. In the table 2 of appendix 3:

– on three consecutive classes – for the leading state position "head of department".

6. In the table of appendix 9 to state line item of G6030 in the following edition:

Art. II. – This law becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
