About change of resolutions of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs of third and ninth Item 12 of the Regulations on Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 40, board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of board of Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2023 No. 10 "About order of interaction in case of purpose of temporary disability benefits and on pregnancy and childbirth":
in Item 2 of the word "January 1" shall be replaced with words "on July 1";
in Regulations on procedure for provision of data and information in case of purpose of temporary disability benefits and on pregnancy and childbirth, approved by this resolution:
in Item 3 of the word "January 1" shall be replaced with words "on July 1";
in part one of Item 5 of the word of "combining jobs" and "following behind day" to replace respectively with words "internal and (or) external combining jobs in the absence of principle place of employment or" and "from the date of";
in Item 6:
word part two in paragraph four "combining jobs, in case" shall be replaced with words "combining jobs, in the absence of principle place of employment or in case";
