About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of Article 11, of Item 3 of Article 34 and Article 65 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2023 "About change of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 293-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2001 No. 1765 "About age of cabins of the wood":

to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of Article 11 and Article 65 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish age of cabins of the wood according to appendix 1.";

in Item 2 part two to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word to "appendix 2";

in Item 3 of the word "in the fuel and energy purposes" shall be replaced with words "in the fuel and energy and technological purposes";

add the resolution with appendix 1 it (is applied);

in signature stamp of appendix to this resolution the word "Appendix" shall be replaced with words "Appendix 2";

1.2. in item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298:

subitems 4. 4, 4. 6, 4. 4.18-1 and 4.18-2 to exclude 8,;

state subitem 4.19-1 in the following edition:
