About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (5) article 3 of the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308/1997 (repeated publication: 2001, Art. No. 147-149, 1161), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with words ", and also purchase and sale agreements of the parcels of land together with which the areas of the home parcels of land exceed regulation, stipulated by the legislation.".

Art. II. - In article 29 of the Law on enforcement of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1125/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 66-75, 133), with subsequent changes:

Art. III. - Article 3 of the Law on fish fund, fishery and fish breeding No. 149/2006 (2006, Art. No. 126-130, 597), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with concept of the following content:

"floating aquarium - the floating installation consisting of many-sided framework with mesh walls, intended for cultivation of fish or other water animals.".

Art. IV. - In the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007,№90-93, Art. 401), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (3) Article 7:

add the Item f-1) with words ", except for lands of water fund;";

add the Items f-3) and f-4) with words ", lands of water fund and lands of forest fund;";
