About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2021 No. 518 "About approval of Rules of marking and traceability of shoe goods"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2021 No. 518 "About approval of Rules of marking and traceability of shoe goods" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 24624) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of marking and traceability of the shoe goods approved by the specified order:

"4-1) notification on export of shoe goods – the electronic document created for the purposes of transfer of data on commodity export in IS MPT by scanning, manual input or loading of the file of data on identification codes in personal account of IS MPT and (or) by means of transfer of such data with use of the interface of electronic interaction;";

"3. Input in turnover of shoe goods is performed by means of drawing funds of identification for them and transfer to IS MPT of data on marking of shoe goods by means of identification, their turnover and conclusion from turnover in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Turnover and conclusion from turnover of remaining balance of the shoe goods which are not marked by means of identification is not allowed.

Marking of remaining balance of shoe goods, implementable (sold) in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed till June 1, 2024.";

"5. Producers perform marking of the shoe goods made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, means of identification before primary paid or voluntary conveyance of goods to the new owner or the other person.
