In recent years in the country the large-scale reforms according to the solution of topical issues of social and economic development of regions, social protection of the population aimed at democracy realization fully by expansion of powers local Kengasha of People's Deputies are undertaken.
The legal basis directed to strengthening of control activities local Kengasha is created. For the purpose of expansion of control functions of People's Deputies by Kengasha behind activities of executive bodies on places more than ten additional powers are conferred to them. In particular, accountability of heads of bodies of prosecutor's office, justice, internal affairs, health cares, ecology, financial and tax authorities is established.
