About additional measures of support of activities for training of qualified specialists in the field of digitalization

For the purpose of stimulation of receipt of modern knowledge in the field of digital technologies, increase in skills of foreign language skills of the young personnel performing activities in this direction, supports of training in the professions in the field of export of IT-services demanded in the labor market and also activities of the non-state educational organizations in this sphere:

1. Determine that since March 1, 2024 take root:

the program providing system of allocation of one-time subsidy (further - subsidy) to the non-state educational organizations which graduates found a job in the organizations performing export of IT-services - to the 75-fold size of basic settlement size, and in case of employment of the young graduate with disability in such organization - to the 105-fold size (further - the Program);

procedure for covering of part of expenses to 60 percent of the young people having the international IT certificates on training and data acquisition of certificates;

procedure for covering in full expenses on receipt of the international IT certificates of the young people having the certificate of the B2 level above on English.

2. Determine that:

the subsidy is allocated to the non-state educational organizations which graduates were trained in the directions of education demanded in the field of export of IT-services and also are employed in the organizations which are performing export of IT-services, having resident status of the Technological park of software products and information technologies (further - the IT-park), according to the established criteria;

the state services in receipt of subsidy, and also covering of expenses of the young people having the international IT certificates, connected with training and data acquisition of certificates appear by means of the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Single portal) on free basis;
