About modification of the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding

1. Bring in Regulations on the automated system of the enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 05, 2016 No. 2432/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 at No. 1126/29256, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "computer program" shall be replaced with words "the information and communication system";

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Financial provision of functioning of System, including its creation (upgrade, modification, development), administration and ensuring functioning of information and communication system are performed at the expense of payment for use of System of bodies of the public executive service, private contractors, the means of the international technical assistance and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

The amount of payment for use of System is established by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.";

2) in Item 3 of the Section VII:
