Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of August 22, 1996 No. 126-FZ "About the state support of cinematography of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 35, Art. 4136; 2006, No. 10, Art. 1068; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4015; 2009, No. 1, Art. 16; No. 52, Art. 6451; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6961; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2306; No. 49, Art. 6928; 2017, No. 14, Art. 1993; No. 31, Art. 4779; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5128; No. 49, Art. 7512; 2022, No. 14, Art. 2192; No. 50, Art. 8772; 2023, No. 1, Art. 79; No. 14, Art. 2382; No. 43, Art. 7602) following changes:

Article 3 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"the distribution certificate on the movie - the permission necessary for hire of the movie and (or) display of the movie in the territory of the Russian Federation, except as specified, provided by this Federal Law;

the certificate of the national movie - assurance of receipt of the status of the national movie according to provisions of this Federal Law.";

2) in Article 4:

a) the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:

"The movie can receive the status of the national movie in case of compliance to at the same time following conditions:";

b) add with parts of the following content:

"Receipt of the status of the national movie according to provisions of this Federal Law, prolongation of effective period and cancellation of the status of the national movie are drawn up by entering of the corresponding record into the State register of national movies signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the authorized officer.
