Item 3 of part 1 of article 14 after the words "in connection with active repentance" to add 1) with words "(except criminal cases of private prosecution)";

Item 4 of part 4 of article 17 after the words "in connection with active repentance" to add 2) with words "(except the criminal cases of private prosecution stopped at least in three years prior to day of revenues to service in bodies of forced execution)";

Item 7 of part 3 of article 80 after the words "in connection with active repentance" to add 3) with words "(except criminal cases of private prosecution)".
