About approval of the Technical regulation of approval like agricultural and forestry and landscape vehicles

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation about approval like agricultural and forestry and landscape vehicles which is attached.
2. Provide to the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food implementation of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.
3. Determine that provision in the market and/or commissioning of the agricultural and forestry and landscape vehicles conforming to requirements of the Technical regulation of the approval like agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors, their trail cars and replaceable trailing machines, systems, components and separate technical nodes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2011 No. 1367 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 1, the Art. 22), or the Technical regulation concerning components and characteristics of wheel agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2011 No. 1368 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 1, Art. 23), and were introduced into circulation till June 1, 2026, it cannot be forbidden or limited for the reasons of discrepancy to the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.
