About modification of the Procedure for functioning of the Electronic office
According to Item 42-1. 2 Articles 42-1 of Chapter 1 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and communication systems", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, ORDER:
1. Bring in the Procedure for functioning of the Electronic office approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 14, 2017 No. 637, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 01, 2017 at No. 942/30810, the following changes:
In paragraph seven of Item 3 of the Section I of the word "About Information Security in Information and Telecommunication Systems" shall be replaced with words 1) "About information security in information and communication systems";
in paragraph five of Item 2 of the Section II shall be replaced with words the word "telecommunication" "electronic communication";
in the text of this Procedure for the word "information and telecommunication system" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "the information and communication system" in the corresponding cases and numbers;
2) in appendices to this Procedure:
in headings of appendices 1, to "information and telecommunication system" shall be replaced with words 2 words to "information and communication system";
in appendix 5 after the table:

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Ulyutin D. V. and the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
