About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land under individual housing construction" of May 6, 2005 No. 177

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for provision of the parcels of land under individual housing construction, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land under individual housing construction" of May 6, 2005 No. 177 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for provision of the parcels of land under individual housing construction approved by the above-stated resolution:

- Item 7 in paragraph seven shall be replaced with words the word of "Government" "Cabinet of Ministers";

- the ninth Item 8 to declare the paragraph invalid;

- add with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. The executive body of local self-government provides to the commission the information from system AIS "Sanarip Aimag" on the residence and family composition on persons applying for receipt of the parcel of land under individual housing construction.";

- add Item 15 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The decision of the commission is drawn up by the relevant protocol which is the basis for preparation of the decision of authorized body on allocation of the parcel of land and execution of the state act of the right of private property to the parcel of land.";
