About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About tourism"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About tourism" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 8, the Art. 395) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the tourist - the person visiting the country (place) of temporary stay in improving, cognitive, professional and business, sports, religious and other purposes without the occupation right paid activities for a period of up to 6 months in a row or performing at least one spending the night;";

b) in paragraph four in state language of the word "kotormochu-tilmechterdin" shall be replaced with words "kotormochu-gidderdin";

c) in paragraph six in state language of the word "ish-araketter" to replace with the word "ishmerduuluk";

d) in paragraph seven in state language of the word "sayakata to zhurushtor" shall be replaced with words "sayakattara to zhurushtor";

e) the eighth or tenth in state language to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"to chygu tourism - Kyrgyz Respublikasynda to turuktu жашаган адамдардын head olky болгон sayakattara to zhurushtor;

to kiru tourism - Kyrgyz Respublikasynda to turuktu жашабаган адамдардын Kyrgyz Respublikasynyn to sayakattara cheginda to zhurushtor;

социалдык tourism - mamlekt тарабынан социалдык muktazhdyktarg болунгон каражаттардан to subsidiyalanuuch саякаттар to zhurushtor;";

e) in paragraph eleven in state language of the word "ыкмаларын to paydalanu" shall be replaced with words "ыкмаларын koldonua";

g) the thirteenth in state language to state the paragraph in the following edition:
