About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning use of pastures

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in subitem 4-1) of Item 1 of Article 15 of the word "about results" "about the course";

2) in Item 1 of Article 16:

4) in Article 18:

in subitem 8-2) of the word "about results" shall be replaced with words "about the course";

add with subitems 8-4), 8-5) and 8-6) of the following content:

"8-4) implementation of plans for development and to reconstruction of objects of pasturable infrastructure;

8-5) implementation of actions plans on fight against degradation and desertification of pastures;
