About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning education, mentorship and safety of children

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "About local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan":

Article 6 to add 1) with Item 2-14 of the following content:

"2-14. Approval of the development plan for formation of the corresponding territory on representation of the akim belongs to competence of maslikhat of area, city of republican value, the capital.";

Item 1 of Article 27 to add 2) with subitem 15-2) of the following content:

"15-2) provides quality of provision of education in the state preschool organizations, the organizations of primary, main secondary and general secondary education, including evening (replaceable) form of education, and the general secondary education provided through the organizations of residential type, technical and professional, postsecondary and additional education (except for the organizations of education in correctional facilities of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system);";

3) in Item 1 of Article 29:

15) to exclude the subitem;

add with subitems 16) and 17) of the following content:

"16) takes measures for material logistics of the state preschool organizations, the organizations of primary, main secondary and general secondary education, including evening (replaceable) form of education, the organizations of the secondary education provided through the organizations of residential type, technical and professional, postsecondary and additional education (except for the organizations of education in correctional facilities of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system), and also exercises control of their condition for the purpose of non-admission of accident rate and (or) increase in seismostability;

Develops 17) and submits the draft of the development plan for formation of the corresponding territory for approval of maslikhat.".
