About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

According to Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of July 14, 2023 to No. 3261-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning reduction of the Procedure for determination of the country of goods' origin in compliance with the Customs code of the European Union and ensuring implementation of agreements of Ukraine on free trade", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. In paragraph five of Item 5 of the Section II of the Procedure for provision and cancellation of the status by customs of the authorized (approved) exporter approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 7, 2014 No. 1013, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 01, 2014 at No. 1529/26306, of figure "37" to replace with figures "11".

2. In preamble of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 21, 2017 No. 655 "About approval of form of the Certificate of results of verification (reliability check) of certificates and declarations on goods origin from Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 16, 2017 at No. 1013/30881, of figure "47" to replace with figures "45".

3. In the form of the Certificate of results of verification (reliability check) of certificates and declarations on goods origin from Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 21, 2017 No. 655, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 16, 2017 at No. 1013/30881, the word "GFS" to replace with the word of "State Customs Service".
