In recent years in our country large-scale reforms on ensuring free implementation of business activity, creating favorable conditions for business and increase in investment appeal of the republic are undertaken.
At the same time there is need of exception of the available restrictions on ensuring judicial protection of the rights of subjects of entrepreneurship and reducing some mandatory requirements for regulation of business activity.
This Law to the Tax code of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the changes providing cancellation of restrictions for appeal by entrepreneurs directly in court of the decisions of tax authorities made by results of exit tax audits and tax audit and expansion of opportunities of appeal in court.
Also changes are made to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About economic partnerships", "About societies with the limited and accessorial liability" and "About joint-stock companies and protection of shareholder rights", the requirements for the written notice of creditors providing cancellation in case of decision making about reduction of authorized fund (authorized capital) of the subject of entrepreneurship and to the announcement of it in mass media.
Adoption of this Law will serve ensuring effective protection of the rights of subjects of entrepreneurship and cancellation of the separate bureaucratic procedures imposing on them excessive expenses and obligations.
