1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2022 No. 830 "About measures for ensuring financial stability of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendment:
2) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) gold bullions of the affined gold 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 grams issued by National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the affined gold over 100 grams.";
add Item 1-1 with subitem 4-1) of the following content:
"4-1) export by banks of the second level of the cash national currency of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which is not specified in the subitem 4) of this Item;".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
