37-1. The structure of the state veterinary organizations created by local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital (further - the state veterinary organizations), includes buildings, rooms and constructions (subsidiary, production, warehouse and auxiliary), necessary for accomplishment assigned to them functions.

37-2. The state veterinary organizations are placed in separate buildings (rooms) having in the territory shelters, splits and machines for fixing of animals.

Placement of the state veterinary organizations in the reconstructed separate public and office buildings or in parts of these buildings having separate entrances which only workers and visitors, in the presence in them shelters, splits and machines for fixing of animals use is allowed.

37-3. Placement of the state veterinary organizations is not allowed in:

1) non-residential premises of residential buildings, in semibasement and basements of residential buildings;

2) the reconstructed separate buildings in which there are food objects of domestic trade.

37-4. The site for construction of the state veterinary organizations is chosen on equal, dry, flood-free as flood and storm waters of the area.
