About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To provide to Federal Service for Labour and Employment and its territorial authorities acceptance and accounting from the Russian legal entities performing the activities connected with employment of citizens of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation for work in the courts floating under the flag of foreign state, notifications on implementation of these activities.

3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the number of employees of Federal Service for Labour and Employment, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

4. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2024, except for Item of 1 changes approved by Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
