1. Agree with offers of Committee on tourism under the Ministry of ecology, environmental protection and climate change, Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Academy of Sciences on:

to creation of the Uzbek of Akademiyasa Internet platform ("Uzacademy") (further - the Platform) providing training in the foreign states of history and culture of Uzbekistan, to Uzbek and literature with use of modern information technologies;

to establishing activities of the centers of the Tashkent state university of Uzbek and literature of Alisher Navoiy (further - the centers) and Uzbekshunoslik departments ("Uzbek Studies") (further - departments) the International university of tourism and cultural heritage "Silk way" in the foreign educational and scientific organizations showing high interest in rich scientific, historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of our country;

the organizations until the end of 2024 of Uzbek rates under the Uzbek national cultural centers abroad and diplomatic representations of Uzbekistan abroad with ensuring regular training in them.
