1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2021 No. 2595 "About measures for regulation of export of wheat and meslin, barley, rye and corn out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 2, Art. 533; No. 27, Art. 4864; 2023, No. 1, Art. 324).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2021 No. 2595

1. In item 4:

e) since 2024, annually, from February 15 to June 30 year on which the tariff quotas are established to distribute between participants of foreign trade activity amount of additional part of the tariff quotas concerning grain crops according to Rules for apportionment of additional part of the tariff quotas in declarative procedure;

e) within 2 working days from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2023 No. 985 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2021 No. 2595" to post on the official site the Ministries of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on the Internet information on documents acceptance, the tariff quotas provided by Rules for apportionment of additional part.".

4. Add Item 7 with words "distributions of the main part of the tariff quotas and Rules for apportionment of additional part of the tariff quotas".

5. In Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign trade activity of amounts of the tariff quotas concerning wheat and meslin, barley, rye and corn which are taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to customs procedure of export, approved by the specified resolution:
