About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" in connection with the Solution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of February 18, 2020 No. 2-r/2020 on providing continuity of implementation of justice by the supreme court in system of judicial system of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, Art. 545 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. The second Article 36 to add part with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1) exercises control of the objects of state-owned property relating to the sphere of its management".

2. In the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions":

in Item 2 of the word and figures "in Items 7, of 23, of 25, 36" shall be replaced with words also in figure "in Item 7";

add with Items 4-1 and 4-2 of the following content:

"4-1. The judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine elected to positions about day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (concerning justice)", continue to perform the powers as judges of the Supreme Court of the corresponding specialization before dismissal or the termination of their powers on the bases determined by the Constitution of Ukraine.
