1. In the text of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 13, 2000 No. 1822 "About measures for ensuring accomplishment of the international obligations of Ukraine in connection with its accession to the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 50, Art. 2163; 2023, No. 94, of the Art. 5567) of the word "State Agency of Development of Melioration, Fishery and Food Programmes" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The state agency on development of melioration, fishery and food programmes" in the corresponding case.
2. In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 2002 No. 1420 "About measures for preserving marine living resources of Antarctic" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 39, Art. 1815; 2011, No. 93, Art. 3374; 2023, No. 94, of the Art. 5567) of the word "State Agency of Development of Melioration, Fishery and Food Programmes" shall be replaced with words "The state agency on development of melioration, fishery and food programmes".
