This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of the inventory concerning which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties to separate types of accumulators.
