Raw sugar reed subline items of 1701 13 and 1701 14 CN FEA EEU, intended for industrial conversion in the Republic of Kazakhstan and imported of no more than 300 thousand tons into the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the presence of the document issued by authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan and containing data on purpose of imported goods, its quantity and the organizations performing import of such goods and also the organizations performing its industrial conversion (in the presence of the corresponding data).

Use of raw sugar of the reed, placed under customs procedure release for internal consumption using the tariff privilege according to this subitem, is allowed only according to its purpose. The white sugar received as a result of industrial conversion imported using the tariff privilege of raw sugar provided by this subitem reed, can be used and implemented only in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is not subject to export in other state members.
