About amnesty in connection with the 30 anniversary of adoption of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the 75 anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Showing respect for the commonly accepted human rights and freedoms, for the purpose of realization of the principles of humanity and mercy, in connection with the 30 anniversary of adoption of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the 75 anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

Article 1.

1. Exempt from criminal penalty in the form of imprisonment for crimes:

1) men is more senior than 60 years, and also 55 years are more senior than women;

2) persons with limited opportunities of health having disability of I and II groups;

3) the persons who are the single supporters in family, having at least two minor children or children with limited opportunities of health;

4) persons who for the first time committed less serious crimes;

5) the women who are lonely mothers;

6) women having many children;

7) women and minors which unexpired part of punishment on the date of entry into force of this Law constitutes less than one year.

2. Action of part of 1 this Article does not extend:
