In particular, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About rendering legal aid at the expense of the state" is adopted, opportunity to citizens fully is created to have the right to the qualified legal aid guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the same time there is need for reduction of some legal acts in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About rendering legal aid at the expense of the state".
This Law makes changes and additions to some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to determination of procedure for ensuring participation of the lawyer on criminal, civil cases and cases on administrative offenses and in other cases provided by the law for rendering legal aid to persons having the right to such help at the expense of the state.
This Law will serve further expansion of access for citizens to justice and ensuring the right to qualified legal aid at the expense of the state.
