Art. 1. - In departure from provisions of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Law on customs tariff No. 1380/1997, of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000, of the Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 and the Customs code No. 95/2021 to resolve according to the procedure of exception to body of local public authority of the commune Serata-Galbene of the area Hynchesht import to the country and the room under customs regime of import with exemption of import payments and without the right of alienation of the vehicle of the Opel brand of the Movano model, identification number VN1J9CMH 632905528, of 2005 of the release classified by goods item 8703, (donation) of the local public authority of the commune by body provided on a grant basis Christian of the county of Sibiu, Romania.
Art. 2. - In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
