About introduction of amendments to the Law on information and technological parks No. 77/2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on information and technological parks No. 77/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 318), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3:

Item c) to add with words ", including investments of diaspora;";

Item h) after the word "highly skilled" to add with the words "and attractive to human capital";

add Article with Item i) the following content:

"i) increase in export of services and products.".

2. Add the law with Article 6-1 of the following content:

"Article 6-1. Council of the park

(1) Council of the park is the collegiate organ created for the purpose of coordination of activities of the park. Council acts on the basis of the provision approved by the Government and consists of 4 representatives appointed by the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations, 5 representatives delegated by general meeting of residents of the park - members with voting power, and also representatives of partners in development and the associative sector - members with the status of observers.

(2) the Secretariat of council of the park is provided with administration of the park.

(3) Council of the park fulfills the following fundamental obligations:

a) approves the annual plan of activities of administration of the park, and also the strategy of development for the park;

b) considers semi-annual and annual statements about activities of the park and its residents;

c) approves the draft of the annual budget of administration of the park;

d) approves the indicators which are subject to annual check according to Article 18;

e) approves the risk management system applied in administration of the park.".

3. Add Article 8 with Items q) and r) the following content:
