About introduction of amendments to the Law on the Program of compensation of the VAT for agricultural producers No. 337/2022
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the Program of compensation of the VAT for agricultural producers No. 337/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 413-425, 764), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Item b) parts (2) Article 4 of the word "for 2022", shall be replaced with words "for 2022 and 2023,".
2. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. Period of compensation of the VAT
Compensation of the VAT is performed for tax periods since:
a) April, 2022 till June, 2023 inclusive;
b) July, 2023 till June, 2024 inclusive.".
Art. II. - In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
