About introduction of amendments to the Law on culture No. 413/1999

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on culture No. 413/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 83-86, 401), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. State Article 10 in the following edition:

"Article 10. Obligations of the state in relation to creative youth

(1) the State maintains young talents and creative youth.

(2) Young graduates of profile organizations of the highest and vocational training which in the first year after release find a job on distribution of the Ministry of Culture in public institutions in the area of culture and in structural divisions (with the status of the legal entity or without it) the bodies of local public authority performing cultural activities in municipiums, the cities or villages (communes) within the first three years of activities at the expense of means of the government budget according to the procedure and on the conditions established by the Government have the right on:

a) lump-sum allowance in the amount of 120 thousand lei - for graduates of profile institutions of higher education which is paid three equal by installments: half of the first part is paid after the first month of activities, the second half - upon completion of the first year of activities; the remained two parts - upon completion of every year of activities;

b) lump-sum allowance in the amount of 90 thousand lei - for graduates of profile organizations of vocational training which is paid three equal by installments: half of the first part is paid after the first month of activities, the second half - upon completion of the first year of activities; the remained two parts - upon completion of every year of activities.".

2. Add Article 21 with part (2-2) following of content:

"(2-2) Profile body of the central public management financially support the projects of non-profit organizations in the field of culture selected on the basis of open tender within the approved budgetary appropriations.".
